We are excited! An email for our agency yesterday told us that they have made partnerships with two more orphanages! That means things could potentially speed up! Yayayayayay!!! The two orphanages have younger children (meaning under 2-3 years old) so that is definitely going to impact our adoption. Our papers state 0-12 months either gender (though we are open to up to 24 months if that was the case- either way, some Ethiopian birthdates are just estimates based on lots of factors, so ages can be wrong anyway- we're not holding onto age too tightly).
I expect that we will still wait a while...but at least it seems like it will be within a year! Yippee!
